Ingredients
- 2 onions
- 1 bell pepper
- 1/2 sunflower seeds
- 475 gr tofu
- 240 ml water
- 80 gr mushrooms
- 1 gr basil
- 1 gr sage
In hot oil, saute onions until limp. Add pepper, mushrooms, tofu, seeds, water & herbs. Simmer until vegetables are limp.
Serve over cooked rice.
