Ingredients
- 1 onion
- 3 c am kidney beans (cooked)
- 1 c creamy tofu
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 c mild picante sauce
- 1/2 c green enchilada sauce
- 2 tb tamari sauce
- 1 tb chili powder
- 1 ts garlic powder
Blend (in blender or food processor) all ingredients. Serve with fresh vegetable pieces or tortilla chips.
