Ingredients
- 10 potatoes (red)
- 4 eggs (hard boiled)
- 1 c mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 c celery (sliced)
- 1/2 c sour cream
- 1 c green onions (sliced)
- 3/8 c clear
- 3/8 c cucumber (diced)
- 1 1/2 ts horseradish sauce
- 1 ts mustard (yellow)
- 1 1/4 ts celery seed
Salt & pepper to taste While potatoes are warm, pour on the dressing. Chill 2 hours. Add celery and onion. Add the egg whites, chopped.
