- 2 c dairy sour cream
- 1 lb monterey jack cheese
- 1 1/4 c onion
- 1/2 cup sauce the bottom (into)
- 1/2 c salad oil
- 2 tb salad oil
- 2 tablespoons salad oil until tender
- 1 ts salt
- 1 package mexican rice seasoning mix
