- 6 green
- 6 peppers
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 pepper (red)
- 10 quart saucepan
- 2 c monterey jack cheese with jalapeno peppers (shredded)
- 1/2 lb italian sausage
- 8 ounces pepperidge
until smooth. Serve with stuffed peppers. Makes 6 servings.
