- 1 clove garlic
- 1 pepper (red)
- 9,500 ml saucepan
- 270 gr monterey jack cheese with jalapeno peppers (shredded)
- 130 gr italian sausage
- 130 gr pepperidge
until smooth. Serve with stuffed peppers. Makes 6 servings.
