Ingredients
- 4 green onions
- 2 jalapenos
- 1/4 c honey
- 3/8 c lemon juice
- 2 tb veg oil
- 2 tb thyme leaves (fresh)
- 2 ts thyme leaves (dried)
- 1/2 ts salt
- 1/4 ts allspice (ground)
- 1/4 ts nutmeg
-breasts Place all ingredients except chicken in food processor or blender and blend till smooth. Pour over chicken and marinade for 2-6 hours. No longer than 6 hours. Grill chicken and brush with marinade. Note: I used serranos chilies instead of jalapenos.
