- 9 baking dish
- 2 zucchini
- 1 onion
- 1 egg
- 1 cup spaghetti sauce evenly in
- 1 lb ricotta cheese
- 2 c mozzarella cheese
- 2 c broccoli (chopped fresh)
- 1 c mushrooms (chopped fresh)
- 1/2 c carrots (finely chopped)
- 2 tb butter
- 1/4 c parmesan cheese
- 3 tb basil (chopped fresh)
- 1 pn nutmeg
- 1 package pasta shells (jumbo)
- some nutmeg
vegetable-cheese mixture. Arrange in baking dish. Spoon remaining sauce over shells. Bake covered, 45 mins. Bake uncovered, 10 mins or until bubbly.
