- 2 zucchini
- 1 onion
- 1 egg
- 240 ml spaghetti sauce evenly in
- 240 gr ricotta cheese
- 220 gr mozzarella cheese
- 180 gr broccoli (chopped fresh)
- 85 gr mushrooms (chopped fresh)
- 65 gr carrots (finely chopped)
- 28 gr butter
- 20 gr parmesan cheese
- 6 gr basil (chopped fresh)
- 1 gr nutmeg
- 1 package pasta shells (jumbo)
- some nutmeg
vegetable-cheese mixture. Arrange in baking dish. Spoon remaining sauce over shells. Bake covered, 45 mins. Bake uncovered, 10 mins or until bubbly.
