Ingredients
- 1 cucumber
- 28 oz tomatoes (whole peeled)
- 19 oz chick peas
- 3 c thinly celery (sliced)
- 1 c cilantro (chopped fresh)
- 4 oz green chiles (chopped)
- 2 tb lime juice (fresh)
- 1 tb vinegar
- 1/2 tb sugar
- 1 ts cumin (ground)
- 1 ts oregano
- some garlic
In a large glass bowl, combine all. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
