Ingredients
- 1 chilli (red)
- 1/2 chives
- 100 g black eye beans
- 100 g flageolet beans
- 100 g chickpeas
- 2 1/2 tb garlic
chilli and stir fry for 2-3 minutes until the majority of the liquid has evaporated. Season to taste, and add chives. Divide the mixture between the lettuce leaves and serve.
