- 1 lb ricotta cheese
- 1 c cornmeal
- 1/2 c mozzarella
- 4 tb parmesan
- 2 tb all purpose flour
- 2 tb parsley
- 1 ts salt
- 1/4 ts pepper
- 1/2 ts basil
~ 25 minutes or until filling is set. Broil for 3 2 minutes or until golden. Serve in Wedges with Quick Chunky Tomato Sauce.
