Ingredients
- 3 cans tuna
 - 2 eggs
 - 2 stuffed olives
 - 1 onion (minced)
 - 1/4 poultry seasoning
 - 3 cups soft bread crumbs
 - 1/2 cup milk
 - 1/4 cup butter beans melted
 - 1/4 cup parsley (minced)
 - 3/4 teaspoon curry powder
 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
 - 1/2 teaspoon paprika
 - 1 package cream of mushroom soup
 
Cook onion in butter until golden. Drain tuna. . Mix onion, tuna, milk, crumbs, eggs, poultry seasoning, parsley, salt and nutmeg. Shape into 6 mounds in large shallow baking dish. Mix 1/2 cup milk, soup, curry powder, and paprika. Pour around tuna. Top each tuna mound with a slice of olive. Bake uncovered, 350� about 45 minutes.
This can be made with salmon by using 1 1lb can of salmon and enough milk to make 1/2 cup when added to the drained salmon liquid.
