- 1 1/2 pounds asparagus
- 1/4 lb sugar snap peas
- 1/4 c olive oil
- 2 tb lemon juice
- 2 tb herbs (minced)
- 2 ts country-style dijon mustard
- 1 tb rice
- 3 slices tomatoes (plum)
tomatoes. Pour the dressing over the vegetables, stirring until well coated.
