Ingredients
- 4 glace cherries
- 4 whisky
- 1 lemon rind
- 1 orange rind
- 1 mixed fruit (dried)
- 1 lb ripe pears (fresh)
- 4 oz dates
- 4 oz candied peel
- 2 oz flaked almonds
- 1 ts allspice
- 1/2 ts powdered ginger
- 1/2 ts nutmeg
