Ingredients
- 4 glace cherries
- 4 whisky
- 1 lemon rind
- 1 orange rind
- 1 mixed fruit (dried)
- 375 gr ripe pears (fresh)
- 70 gr dates
- 45 gr candied peel
- 30 gr flaked almonds
- 2 gr allspice
- 2 gr powdered ginger
- 1 gr nutmeg
