Ingredients
- 1 onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 c tap water (very hot)
- 1 c sun tomatoes (dried)
- 1/2 cup tap water
- 1/2 cups water to combine
- 8 oz wagon wheel pasta
- 4 tb parmigiano-reggiano
- 2 ts lemon juice
- 1 ts olive oil
- 1 tb oregano (fresh)
- 1 tb parsley
- 1 ts oregano (dried)
skillet and bring to boil. Reduce heat and continue to simmer to thicken slightly. Add parsley and oregano to sauce with lemon juice. Simmer over low heat. Serve drained pasta with tomato sauce, sprinkled with cheese. (wrv)
