- 1/2 picante dressing over top
- 1/2 lettuce hd
- 3/4 lb top sirloin
- 1 c cherry tomatoes
- 3/4 c rice
- 3/8 c picante sauce
- 1/4 c lime juice
- 1/4 c italian dressing
- 1/4 c onion rings (red)
- 2 tb cilantro
- 1 ts lime juice
- 1/2 ts black pepper
- 1/2 ts cumin
- 1/2 ts garlic salt
- 1 package corn
- 1 package black olives
top of rice. Drizzle with remaining dressing. Sprinkle with remaining cilantro. Serve warm or at room temperature. (Stephen Hill, Sacramento CA)
