- 11 tart with removable bottom (pan)
- 1 orange zest (freshly grated)
- 1 egg
- 3/4 butter
- 3 c raspberries (fresh)
- 2 1/2 cups raspberries
- 12 oz chocolate (white)
- 1 1/2 c flour
- 1 1/4 c walnuts
- 1/2 c cream (heavy)
- 1/2 c whipped cream as (garnish)
- 3/4 c butter (unsalted)
- 3 tb sugar
Garnish tart with whipped cream and remaining 1/2 cup of raspberries. Serve at room temperature.
