Ingredients
- 9 cake pans
- 3 eggs
- 1 stick butter (unsalted)
- 1 1/2 lb chocolate (white)
- 3 c sifted cake flour
- 1 1/2 cups cream
- 1 1/4 c sugar
- 8 oz chocolate (white)
- 1 cup cream until firm peaks
- 1/2 c coarsely macadamia (chopped)
- 1/2 c cream (heavy)
- 6 tb butter (unsalted)
- 2 ts baking powder
- 2 ts vanilla
- 1 t milk
- 1/2 ts salt
form. Fold the whipped cream into the remaining white chocolate mixture. Spread this over the top and sides of the cake. Arrange whole macadamia nuts around the rim and base of the cake. Chill until ready to serve. Garnish each piece with a fanned strawberry or raspberries.
