Ingredients
- 8 green food coloring
- 8 food coloring (red)
- 6 semi-sweet morsels
- 4 eggs
- 3 butter
- 3 pans
- 1 1/2 batter
- 450 gr apricot jam
- 250 gr sifted flour
- 200 gr sugar
- 120 gr almond paste
- 3 gr almond extract
- 1 gr salt
Remove cakes from pan and cool. Place green layer on cookie sheet. Heat jam and spread half on green layer, slide yellow layer on top. Spread with remaining jam, slide pink layer rightside up onto yellow layer. Cover with plastic wrap weighted down with a cutting board. Refrigerate overnight. Melt chocolate and spread on cake. Let dry. Cut into 3 cm square pieces. ----
