Ingredients
- 10 springform pressing the dough (pan)
- 3 apples
- 2 egg
- 1 1/2 up the sides of the (inches pan)
- 250 gr flour
- 160 gr flour
- 150 gr sugar
- 120 ml milk
- 230 ml cream cheese
- 55 gr butter
- 18 gr sugar
- 18 gr sugar
- 5 ml lemon juice
- 5 gr flour
- 3 gr cinnamon
- 1 gr salt
- 1 package yeast
FILLING: Toss apples with lemon juice, cinnamon, quarter cup sugar, and 2 T of flour. Arrange in rows on top of the dough. Beat together cream cheese, half cup sugar, and egg. Spread over apples. Let rise in warm place for 1 hour. Bake at 180ÂșC . for 30 minutes. Best when served warm.
