Ingredients
- 8 chicken thighs
- 80 gr bread crumbs (dried)
- 40 gr melted butter (unsalted)
- 40 gr parmesan cheese (fresh grated)
- 16 ml dry mustard
- 3 gr parsley (chopped fresh)
- 1 gr basil (dried)
1.Preheat the oven to 400� Lightly grease a 23 cm x 38 cm baking dish.
2.In a shallow bowl, combine the butter with the mustard
. 3.In another shallow bowl, blend together the bread crumbs, cheese, parsley, and basil
. 4.Dip the chicken pieces first into the mustard mixture, and then coat with the bread crumb mixture. Place skin side up in the baking dish
. 5.Bake, uncovered for 45 minutes.
