Ingredients
- 350 gr rice
- 240 ml dairy sour cream
- 130 gr green chiles
- 60 gr montereyjack cheese
- 55 gr cheddar cheese
- some chiles
Heat the oven to 180ºC . Mix all the ingredients in an ungreased 2 litre casserole. Bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes, or until done.
