Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1 egg
- 1 horseradesh
- 375 gr flour
- 190 gr shortening
- 90 ml water
- 60 ml sour cream
- 55 gr swiss (grated)
- 28 gr butter
- 16 ml vinegar
- 16 gr parmesan cheese
- 8 gr flour
- 2 gr salt
- 1 gr pepper
- 1 package spinach
===== Crust ===== Mix flour and salt together, add shortening until crumbly. Add water, vinegar and egg. Mix all together and roll out for a single crust and line a 23 cm pie plate. Bake in a preheated 450oF oven for dozen minutes. ===== Filling ===== Blend the first 4 ingredients together. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into shell. Reduce heat to 375oF and bake 40 minutes.
