Ingredients
- 3 bananas
- 2 eggs
- 300 gr quaker oats
- 250 gr all purpose flour
- 250 gr mashed ripe banana
- 170 gr margarine
- 150 gr powdered sugar
- 120 ml orange juice
- 120 gr raisins
- 26 ml orange juice
- 9 gr vanilla
- 4 gr orange peel (grated)
- 3 gr baking soda
- 1 gr salt
- 1 gr nutmeg
Heat oven to 180ºC . Combine bananas, margarine and orange juice. Blend in eggs, vanilla and orange peel. Add combined dry ingredients and raisins; mix well. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 20 to 22 minutes or until light golden brown. Cool 1 minute on cookie sheet; remove to wire rack. Drizzle icing over cooled cookies. Store tightly covered. ORANGE ICING: Combine 0.75 cup powdered sugar, 4 to 5 teaspoons orange juice and 1 teaspoon grated orange peel. Mix until smooth.
