Ingredients
- 120 ml vinegar
- 120 ml peanut oil
- 12 gr tomato paste
- 5 ml mustard
- 4 gr sugar
- 3 gr garlic salt
- 1 ml pepper sauce (hot)
* or plain salt if preferred. Combine ingredients and beat with a whisk until well blended. Use as baste for charcoal-broiled chicken.
