Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1/2 pecans
- 240 ml milk (fresh)
- 120 ml am unrefined vegetable oil
- 95 gr am barley
- 95 gr am wheat flour (whole)
- 60 ml honey (raw)
- 9 gr non-alum baking powder
- 6 gr sea salt
Combine dry ingredients. Mix liquid ingredients thoroughly. Add dry ingredients. Stir until moist, but not smooth. Stir in pecans. Fill well-oiled muffin cups two third full. Bake at 180ÂșC . for 15 minutes. (Yield: 24 small or dozen large muffins)
