Ingredients
- 4 egg whites
- 1/2 clove (ground)
- 425 gr unblanched almonds (whole)
- 350 gr sugar
- 200 gr semisweet chocolate
- 16 ml kirsch
- 5 gr cinnamon
hearts, stars and clover leaf shapes and place on paper-lined pans. Allow to dry several hours, uncovered, at room temperature. Preheat oven to 150ÂșC . Bake about 10 minutes. Do not overbake or they will be very hard.
