Ingredients
- 1 garlic clove (minced)
- 1 top
- 240 ml beef broth
- 180 gr broccoli flowerettes
- 16 ml dry wine (white)
- 16 ml soy sauce
- 12 gr cornstarch
- 10 ml safflower oil
- 1 gr ginger (ground)
Cut meat into 3 cm strips. Mix together first four ingredients and marinate meat strips for 1 hour. Heat oil in skillet over moderate heat. Remove meat f rom marinade (reserve) and brown quickly on both sides. Add the broccoli and c ook until easily pierced with fork. Combine broth, cornstarch and marinade; st ir into skillet mixture. Cook until sauce thickens.
