Ingredients
- 2 celery stalks
- 1 carrot
- 1 egg
- 900 gr beef (ground)
- 230 ml tomato sauce
- 60 ml kikkoman soy sauce
- 18 gr instant onion (minced)
- 1 ml tabasco pepper sauce
- 4 slices bread (sliced)
Thoroughly combine all ingredients; lightly pack into 9 x 13 cm loaf pan. Bake at 180ºC . 1 hour, or until thoroughly cooked. Drain liquid; let stand 10 minutes before slicing. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
