Ingredients
- 2 egg whites
- 1 turkey (cooked)
- 120 ml ketchup
- 120 gr rice (cooked)
- 60 ml honey
- 60 gr onion (chopped)
- 60 ml tomato sauce
- 50 gr cracker crumbs
- 45 gr carrot (grated)
- 26 gr celery fine (chopped)
- 7 ml mustard-prepared
- 3 gr garlic powder
- 1 gr pepper (white)
Preheat oven at 350. Prepare a loaf pan with cooking. Combine all= ingredients except ketchup and honey and mix well. Turn mixture into a= prepared pan and bake for 40 minutes. Combine ketchup and honey. Spread= evenly over meat and bake 5 minutes longer.=20
