Ingredients
- 3 sprigs parsley (chopped)
- 2 sprigs bay leaf
- 2 sprigs thyme
- 1 lard
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 beat the round steak well with the rolling pin
- 1 this introduction precedes the recipe
- 1 smothered steak
- 1 braising
- 1 great secret in smothering meat is to let it cook (very slowly)
- 800 gr round steak
- 475 ml water
- 30 ml vinegar
- 8 gr flour
- 6 slices onions fine (sliced)
