Ingredients
- 3 stalks celery
- 1 bunch of beets
- 1 beet greens
- 1 washed
- 1 onion
- 5 ml lemon juice
- 5 ml vinegar
- 5 gr horseradish
- 4 slices carrots
- 1 package tomato soup
Put vegetables in a large pot with water to cover. Add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly. Simmer 2 2.5 hours, until beets and carrots are tender.
