Ingredients
- 3 egg whites
- 2 eggs
- 900 gr raspberries
- 240 ml nonfat milk
- 130 gr all purpose flour
- 26 gr granulated sugar
- 14 gr butter
- 9 gr vanilla
- 1 gr salt
- 1 gr cinnamon
Blend together the egg whites, eggs, flour, milk, sugar, vanilla, and salt until smooth. Melt butter in a 10to 30 cm nonstick ovenproof frying pan in a 425 degree oven. Tilt the pan to coat it evenly. Pour the batter into the pan and bake until puffy and well-browned (about 25 minutes). In a bowl, combine the berries and cinnamon.
