Ingredients
- 2 egg whites (beaten slightly)
- 250 gr flour
- 110 gr butter
- 110 gr brown sugar
- 95 gr shortening
- 80 gr jam
- 30 gr walnuts (crushed)
- 4 gr vanilla
- 1 gr salt
Combine butter, shortening, brown sugar, flour, salt, and vanilla. Roll into 3 cm balls. Roll balls in egg whites and then roll in crushed walnuts. Put finger indention in center. Fill with jam. Bake at 180ÂșC or 8-10 minutes.
