Ingredients
- 6 garlic (cloves)
- 1,900 ml water
- 500 gr black beans
- 140 gr green pepper
- 130 gr carrots
- 120 gr onion
- 120 ml olive oil
- 100 gr celery
- 20 ml vinegar (white)
- 18 gr salt
- 6 gr cumin
- 5 ml soy sauce
Drain about half c water from beans & add it to the saute. Cook over a low heat for 30 minutes. Combine vegetables with beans. Cook for another 30 minutes, adding more water if necessary. Joel Rapp, "Mother Nature's Vegetarian Feasts"
