Ingredients
- 4 egg
- 4 baking apples (peeled)
- 1 confectioners sugar
- 450 gr sugar divided
- 375 gr all purpose flour
- 240 ml vegetable oil
- 80 ml orange juice
- 14 gr baking powder
- 12 gr vanilla extract
- 5 gr cinnamon (ground)
- 1 gr salt
In a mixing bowl, combine flour,2 cups sugar,baking powder and salt. Combine eggs,oil,orange juice and vanilla:add to flour mixture and mix well. In a bowl, toss apples with cinnamon and remaining sugar. Spread a third of the batter into a greesed 10 in tube pan. Top with half apples. Repeat layers. Carefully spead remaining batter over apples. Bake at 180ÂșC or 5565 minutes or until wooden pick inserted near center comes out clean. Cool in pan 15 minutes before removing to a wire rack: cool. Dust with confectioners' sugar
