Ingredients
- 1/2 blueberries
- 475 ml milk
- 130 gr am buckwheat flour
- 120 gr am blue cornmeal
- 22 gr non-alum baking powder
- 7 ml unrefined vegetable oil
- 2 gr sea salt
Mix dry ingredients and liquids separately. Stir mixtures together just until lumps disappear. Pour batter onto hot, oiled griddle, turning once. Serve hot with your favorite sweetener.
