- 120 ml milk
- 100 gr apricot
- 2 ml lemon juice
well 6 times. Roll out on lightly floured pastry cloth or board to a 36 cm circle. Place on pizza pan or cooky sheet. Spread preserves mixed with lemon juice in a thin layer over the dough. Sprinkle sausage over the top. Bake in a 230ºC . oven 15 to 18 minutes. Recipe By :
