- 3 garlic (cloves)
- 1 sesame seed
- 60 gr skim ricotta cheese
- 40 gr fat cheddar (red)
- 40 gr skim
- 10 ml olive oil
- 3 gr parmesan cheese (grated)
- 1 package pizza crust dough
Dash of pepper Preheat oven to 425 degrees. In a 25 cm non-stick skillet heat oil; add garlic and cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, until golden brown, about 1 minute. Add broccoli and cook, stirring occasionally, until broccoli is thoroughly heated, 3 to 4 minutes. Remove from heat; stir in ricotta cheese and set aside. Spray 30 cm round pizza pan with nonstick cooking spray; fit pizza-crust dough into pan. Spread broccoli mixture evenly over dough, leaving 1 cm of outer edge of dough uncovered. Sprinkle sesame seed over outer edge of dough. Sprinkle cheddar and mozzarella cheeses over broccoli mixture, then sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and pepper.
