Ingredients
- 525 gr broccoli
- 16 ml balsamic vinegar
- 16 ml lemon juice
- 16 ml dijon mustard
- 16 ml olive oil
Cut broccoli into flowerettes, peel stem, cut into diagonal pieces. Steam for 6-7 minutes until just tender crisp. meanwhile, in serving dish, whisk remaining ingredients for dressing. When broccoli is cooked, drain and toss into dressing.
