Ingredients
- 1 egg (white)
- 270 gr coarsely pecans (chopped)
- 220 gr brown sugar
- 4 gr vanilla
Beat egg white until stiff but not dry. Add brown sugar and continue beating until thoroughly mixed. Add vanilla and pecans and stir. Drop by teaspoon on a greased cookie sheet and bake for 5-6 minutes in 200ÂșC oven. Allow to cook for 10 minutes before removing from cookie sheet.
