Ingredients
- 300 ml honey
- 180 ml water
- 160 gr wheat flour (whole)
- 130 gr flour (white)
- 120 ml corn oil
- 100 gr sugar
- 45 gr carob powder
- 16 ml cider vinegar
- 9 gr vanilla extract
- 5 gr baking soda
- 1 gr salt
Sift the flours together with baking soda, salt & carob. Stir in the sugar. In a large mixing bowl, stir together oil, water, honey, vinegar & vanilla until well blended. Add dry ingredients, mixing till well blended. Lightly oil & flour 2 8-inch cake pans. Divide batter equally between the two pans & bake at 180ÂșC for 20 minutes, or until the cakes test done.
