Ingredients
- 12 bundt (pan)
- 4 eggs
- 1 frosting
- 250 gr all purpose flour
- 240 ml pineapple in juice (drained canned crushed)
- 240 ml vegetable oil
- 200 gr sugar
- 200 gr firmly packed golden brown
- 200 gr powdered sugar
- 190 gr carrots (finely grated)
- 230 ml pkg cream cheese
- 100 gr pecans (chopped)
- 75 gr mashed ripe bananas
- 26 gr butter (unsalted)
- 9 gr baking soda
- 8 gr cinnamon (ground)
- 1 gr salt
- 1 gr cinnamon additional cinnamon for cake preheat oven (ground)
FOR FROSTING: Beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, butter and quarter teaspoon cinnamon in a medium bowl until smooth. Spread frosting over the cake.
