- 1 1/2 cereal nuggets
- 1 egg
- 240 ml skim milk
- 170 gr raisins
- 75 gr margarine
- 45 gr wheat flakes
- 28 gr brown sugar
- 26 gr sugar
- 16 gr flour
- 7 gr baking powder
- 5 gr margarine
- 1 gr cinnamon
- 1 gr salt
- 1 gr nutmeg (ground)
batter, pressing gently into the batter. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, until golden brown and toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes.
