Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 700 gr semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 250 gr flour
- 220 gr dark brown sugar
- 200 gr coarsely (chopped)
- 150 gr sugar
- 130 gr butter (lightly salted)
- 5 gr baking soda
- 3 gr vanilla
- 1 gr salt
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Toast pecans for 3-5 minutes. Cream butter, sugar and vanilla. Mix well. Add eggs, flour, salt and baking soda. Mix. Stir in nuts and chocolate chips. Use quarter cup measure and drop batter onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 18-20 minutes. Cool on the cookie sheet. Makes 29 cookies. ----
