Ingredients
- 6 potatoes
- 800 gr frying chicken
- 260 gr sweet italian sausage
- 80 ml olive oil
- 5 gr paprika
- 4 gr oregano
- 3 gr garlic salt
- 1 gr black pepper
Arrange potatoes in a large shallow baking pan. Mix all of the seasonings together and sprinkle half on the potatoes. Arrange the chicken and sausage pieces on top. Pour the oil over the ingredients and sprinkle with the remaining seasonings. Cover with foil and bake in 425 degree oven for half hour. Reduce the heat to 375 degrees, uncover, and bake for 45 minutes longer until chicken and sausage browns.
