Ingredients
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
- 550 gr chicken (cooked diced)
- 120 ml mayonnaise
- 110 gr broccoli (frozen chopped)
- 60 gr parmesan cheese (grated)
- 45 ml sherry
- 40 gr mushrooms (canned sliced)
Cook the broccoli slightly in boiling water and spread it on the bottom of a gr eased 13 x 9 baking dish. Stir together the chicken, soup, mayonnaise, mushroom s, curry powder, sherry, and half cup of the Parmesan cheese and spread on top o f the broccoli. Top with the remaining quarter cup parmesan cheese. Freeze.
When thawed, bake, covered, at 180ÂșC or 40 minutes. Uncover and bake another 20 minutes.
