Ingredients
- 5 potato chips (crushed)
- 2 mayonaise
- 1,400 gr chicken (diced cooked)
- 1,000 gr celery (chopped)
- 575 gr cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 475 ml sour cream
- 250 gr slivered almonds
- 2 packages green chiles (chopped)
- 1 package pitted ripe olives
- some green onions with tops
Combine the first 6 ingredients. Add 2 cups cheese. Mix mayonaise and sour cream; add to chicken mixture and toss. Spoon into 2 greased 13 inchx9 inchx2 inch baking dishes. Sprinkle with chips. Top with remaining cheese. Bake uncovered, at 350, for 20-25 minutes or until hot.
